Inventory List
- If the ship lacks an inventory list according to guidelines, we provide a fillable inventory list. Once returned to us, we process the data.
- The responsible person on board maintains the inventory list and periodically sends it to the Scheepvaart Apotheek. Our system tracks the expiration dates of your medicines, based on which we create a quote for consumed and/or expired items.
- Upon order confirmation, we ship your items worldwide.
- Annually, we issue a new certificate and send it with the order to the ship, ensuring it is cleared to sail.
We provide the inventory list on paper, via email, or on a USB stick, allowing you to always have a checklist for medical supplies.
Translation Computer
Using our translation computer, we can label all medicines in multiple languages. This can be arranged in advance with our staff. The desired language can be specified, and in addition to this language, labeling can also be done in English, for example.
The instructions on the label can be in multiple languages, so the crew can understand what the medicine is for and how to use it. All medicines are, of course, labeled with an expiration date and the legal code number.
